The Role
We’re hiring a Client Journey Specialist to be the voice and face of ZIP Citizenship for our international clients — primarily based in the US. You’ll guide people through one of the most personal processes of their lives: reconnecting with their Slovak heritage and obtaining citizenship.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling email communication with international clients from first inquiry to case completion
- Managing live chat, phone calls, and video calls — answering questions, easing concerns, and moving clients forward through the process
- Working closely with our internal team (genealogist, lawyer, translator) to relay accurate information and keep cases on track
- Using modern tools and AI to work smarter, not harder
This is a client-facing role with real depth. You won’t be reading from a script — you’ll be learning the process inside-out and becoming a trusted guide for people navigating a complex but exciting journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English — written and spoken, at a near-native level (this is non-negotiable; most clients are American)
- Customer care instincts — warmth, patience, clarity, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with grace
- Responsibility and reliability — clients are counting on you; we need someone who follows through
- Affinity for new technologies — we use AI tools, digital platforms, and modern workflows; you should be comfortable exploring and adopting new tools
- A genuine interest in the product — Slovak heritage, history, or citizenship topics are a plus
What We Offer
- Base salary: from €1,500 gross/month
- Work mode: flexible and mostly remote, with some on-site responsibilities
- Working hours: 14:00 – 22:00 CET (covering the US market)
- Contract: permanent employment (TPP)
- Ideal start date: 1 June 2026
